An extensive two-month journey through Australia has been cancelled days after the death of an older lady who was stranded by the ship on a isolated coastal location.

The passenger had been hiking on Lizard Island with shipmates from the vessel, but broke off from the party for a rest. The vessel departed without her and returned after some time after the personnel discovered the passenger was not present.

A large-scale rescue mission discovered her person the following day.
