Mohamed Salah Issues Apology to Squad, Says Curtis Jones
Curtis Jones has disclosed that Mohamed Salah apologised to the entire Liverpool squad following the fallout from his recent interview.

Salah was left out from a European match after voicing frustrations and claiming his relationship with manager had deteriorated.
“He speaks for himself and he can say his own stuff,” the midfielder said. “His apology was clear and was like: ‘If my words hurt anyone, please accept my apology.’”
The manager has chosen not to reveal on whether he got an explanation from the veteran striker.

Jones insisted that the dressing room atmosphere stayed normal. “Nothing about him changed, he was smiling and it was business as usual,” Jones added.
Jones also noted that a teammate fighting for a place is less of an issue. “I get that there are certain ways you can express yourself,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just not start, then I think that’s concerning.”
Positive Results
Liverpool's form have remained strong in the period after the situation. The player is convinced the outburst were never meant to cause disruption.
“In moments of frustration, it’s always been from a place of caring,” he finished. “It's behind us and we’re building chemistry, performing and starting to win games.”
